With the TM enhancement completed, before deciding whether to purchase the new Enhancer TM you can review information about it, including the savings achieved and the price.

Project/Job Info

The box at the top of many pages has details about the TM enhancement project/job. On this page, it displays the project name, type of Enhancer project, Job Group ID (a unique number assigned by the NoBabel system to the 1 or more individual jobs submitted together), document (source) language selected, document target language, when the job was completed, the processing time, and whether or not an External TM was used. Enhancer TM For Purchase

The “Enhancer TM for Purchase” table, as well as showing the price for the new Enhancer TM you may want to purchase, displays the Individual Job ID, document name, TM name, source language, target language, Weighted Word Savings, and a link to its “Enhancer TM Details” page.

You can review this information about the TM before deciding whether to purchase it.

Individual Job ID – The Individual Job ID, a unique number assigned by the NoBabel system to this 1 job of the job group, is displayed.

Document Name – The name of the Document File used for the job is displayed.

TM Name – The name of the TM File used for the job is displayed.

Source Language – The source language of the TM used for this job, which is also the source language of its enhanced TM and the language the which the document(s) are to be translated using it, is displayed.

Target Language – The target language of the TM used for this job, which is also the target language of its enhanced TM and the language to which the document(s) are to be translated using it, is displayed.

Weighted Word Savings – The Weighted Word Savings for this job are displayed. Expressed as a percentage and number of words, the Weighted Word Savings is the difference between the number of weighted words you would have to translate using only your TM and the number of weighted words you have to translate using both your TM and the Enhancer TM.

TM Details – To open the “Enhancer TM Details” page, click the “View” button. In its “Enhancer TM Summary” and “Analysis of NoBabel Productivity Gain” sections, you can learn more about the TM generated by the Enhancer for this 1 individual job, including the savings achieved and price. To return to the “Purchase Enhancer TM” page at the bottom of the “Enhancer TM Details” page click on the “Back” button. Price – The price of the Enhancer TM is shown. You are charged for the difference between the number of weighted words you would have to translate using only your TM and the number of weighted words you have to translate when using both your TM and the Enhancer TM. If with the Enhancer you do not reduce the number of weighted words you have to translate or do not deem the reduction worthwhile, you do not have to purchase anything. The cost of each additional weighted word in every purchased Enhancer TM is $0.02 US Dollars.

Purchasing Enhancer TM

Total Cost – The total cost of the Enhancer TM you want to purchase from this job is shown.

Available Credit – The amount of credit currently in your NoBabel Account is also shown.

Purchase More Credit – If you require more credit to pay for the Enhancer TM you want to purchase, click "Purchase More Credit" and then follow the directions.

After you have added more funds, to return to this project and purchase the TM, in the Side Menu under "Enhancer" click on "Project List".  A table with a list of your available Enhancer projects will then be displayed.  In that table, click on the “Open” button for this project and you will brought back to this step.

When you have sufficient funds in your NoBabel Account to buy the Enhancer TM you want, you can purchase it.

What Would You Like to Do Next?

You have 3 choices.

If you wish to proceed to the next step, select “Purchase Enhancer TM”. If you wish to leave the project/job and come back to it later, select “Close Project”, which will take you to the “Project List” page from where you can return to your project at this step.  When you want to return to this project in the in the Side Menu under “Enhancer” click on “Project List”. A table with a list of your available Enhancer projects will then be displayed and, in that list, click on the “Open” button for this project.

If you definitely do not wish to ever purchase the Enhancer TM from this project, select “Delete Project” and the project and its enhanced TM will be deleted. Remember that “Deleted Files Cannot be Recovered.” If you erroneously delete a project, you will have to recreate it from the beginning.

Please note that the default choice is “Purchase Enhancer TM”. If this is not your preference, you can select the choice you prefer by clicking the radio button beside it.

To proceed click the “Next” button.

When you click the “Next” button a popup window will open and by clicking “OK” or “Cancel” in response to the question, “Are you sure?”, you must confirm or cancel your selection.

If any problem is encountered, a message stating what the problem is will be shown.

Step 5 → Step 6: Purchasing Enhancer TM

Once your Enhancer TM purchase has been processed, your project will proceed automatically to “Step 6:  Download Purchased Enhancer TM”.

NoBabel Enhancer Receipt

The NoBabel system will automatically e-mail you a receipt for the Enhancer TM you purchase. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address usually associated with your NoBabel Account.
