With NoBabel
Enhancer Advanced, both Common and Mixed, you can create a project and then
upload and run its document(s) and TM(s) as often as you wish. That is, with an
Advanced project you can do many jobs.
A NoBabel Enhancer
Advanced project, using existing TM(s) and document(s) in the same language(s)
as the source language(s) of the related TM(s), generates new improved TMs. With
the Enhancer you will get Total Leveraging of your TMs. The more closely the new
document(s) and TM(s) are related, and the more extensive the TM(s), the better
the new TUs will be and the more useful in translating the document(s).
You do not need to
remain logged on to the NoBabel system while your job is being processed. To
access your project after it has been created, in the Side Menu under "Enhancer"
click on "Project List". A table with a list of your available Enhancer projects
will then be displayed and, in that list, click on the "Open" button for the
project.

Project Name
Begin creating your project by entering a name for it. Each project requires a
unique name that will identify it from other projects you create. You may have
many projects. The NoBabel system will track the progress of each project you
open. You can create 2 types of Enhancer Advanced projects, Common (1 Source
Language) and Mixed (1 or more Source Languages). Once you have created your
project you can access the “Project Management” page for it.
Project Management
There are 4
sections on this page, ,“Upload Project Documents and TMs”, “Select, Review and
Submit Job Documents and TMs”, “Check Job Status and Purchase Enhancer TMs”, and
“Download Purchased Enhancer TMs”. Using these you can:

Upload document(s) you want to translate.

Upload related TM(s). A related TM’s source language must be the same language
as the language of the document(s) to be translated and also, its content should
be similar to that of the document(s).

Select the uploaded documents and TMs you want run for each job.

Review your selection before submitting your job.

Check the status of your running and completed jobs.

Decide whether or not to buy the Enhancer TM(s) generated.

Purchase the Enhancer TM(s) you want.

Download the purchased Enhancer TM(s).
Upload Project Documents and TMs
You can upload document(s) in the same language(s) as the source language(s) of
the existing related TM(s) you want enhanced for use in the translation of the
document(s). Though related TM(s) can have 1 or more target languages, the
source language must be the same language as the language of the document(s) to
be translated and also, the content should be similar to that of the
document(s). From your local file system, you can upload individual document(s)
and related TM(s) and/or zipped set(s) of document(s) and related TM(s).
Select, Review and Submit Job
Documents and TMs
The Document Name
identifies the document(s) you uploaded and the TM Name identifies the TM(s) you
uploaded and want enhanced for use in the translation of the document(s). You
can select which document(s) and TM(s) you want to use for your TM enhancement
job(s). Before running the job(s), you can review your selections and decide
whether you want to add and/or delete document(s) and TM(s). Also, you can
decide whether to have an External TM, that is, a TM not supplied by you, used
in the processing of the job(s). As well, you can request that the NoBabel
system e-mail you when your job is completed.
Check Job Status and Purchase Enhancer
TMs
NoBabel processes
your jobs one at a time. After your TM enhancement job has been
successfully
submitted, you can view its status on the "Project Management" page in this
section, which
shows queued, running and completed jobs. Once your job is completed you are
provided with information about the new Enhancer TM(s) generated, including
savings achieved and price. You can select and purchase the Enhancer TM(s)
and/or delete selected TM(s) and/or close the job.
Download Purchased Enhancer TMs
You can download
the Enhancer TM(s) you purchased.
To proceed to the
Enhancer Project pages where you can create your Enhancer Advanced project(s),
upload the document(s) and TM(s), run the enhancement job(s), and purchase and
download the Enhancer TM(s) generated, in the Side Menu under "Enhancer" you can
click on either "Create Advanced Project" or “Advanced Project Overview” and at
the bottom of that page you can click on the “Create Advanced Project” button.
Either option will take you to the “Project Name” page.
