NoBabel™ Enhancer Advanced User Guide

Project List

The table on the Enhancer “Project List” page displays a list of your available Enhancer projects, both Basic

and Advanced ones. To access it in the Enhancer Project pages under “Enhancer” click on “Project List”.

As well as having the project name, the table displays when it was created, the type of Enhancer project,

status of the project and buttons to access and delete it.

You can reorder the table contents by clicking on the relevant column heading, “Created”, “Project Name”,

“Project Type” and “Status”.

To access any project click on the “Open” button for it.

Similarly, you can delete any project by clicking on the “Delete” button for it.

Deleted Projects

Whenever you choose, you can delete uploaded documents and TMs, individual jobs of a job group, whole job

groups, Enhancer generated TMs, purchased Enhancer TMs, downloaded Enhancer TMs, and even entire

Enhancer Advanced projects.

However, since “Deleted Files Cannot Be Recovered”, before you delete a completed Enhancer

project we recommend that if you want to retain any Enhancer TM(s) purchased from it that you

save the TM(s). If you erroneously delete a project you will have to recreate it from the beginning.

Deleted Uncompleted and Completed Projects –When you click the “Delete” button for a project, you will

be taken to the “Delete Project Confirmationpage, where by clicking “Yes” or “No” in response to the

question, “Are you sure you want to delete this project?”, you must confirm or cancel its deletion. Please

note that the default choice is “Yes”. If this is not your preference you can select the choice you prefer by

clicking the radio button beside it. To proceed click the “Next” button.  When you delete a project the

uploaded document(s) and TM(s), the job group(s), individual job(s), the Enhancer generated TM(s), and the

purchased Enhancer TM(s), whether downloaded or not, will also be deleted. If you erroneously delete a

project you will have to recreate it from the beginning.

Deleted Enhancer TM Purchased from a Deleted Project – If you erroneously delete an Enhancer TM,

whether downloaded or not, purchased from a deleted project, you will have to recreate from the beginning,

first the project, then the individual job, and finally, the erroneously deleted Enhancer TM.

Deleted Projects Cannot Be Recovered.

Create Basic Project and Create Advanced Project

If you click on the “Create Basic Project” button under the “Project List” table you will be taken to the

“Step 1:  Project Name” page of an Enhancer Basic project, where you can begin a new Basic project.

Similarly, if you click on the “Create Advanced Project” button under the “Project List” table you will be taken

to the “Project Name” page of an Enhancer Advanced project, where you can begin either a new Advanced

Common project or a new Advanced Mixed project.
