Purchase the Enhancer TM from Individual Jobs of the Job Group

With the running of the job group completed, before deciding whether to purchase the new TM(s) generated,

you can review information about the Enhancer TM(s), including savings achieved and price.

An enhanced TM is generated for each individual job of the job group. You do not have to purchase every

Enhancer TM from the job group. You only have to purchase Enhancer TMs you deem to be worthwhile.

And so, you can choose not to purchase any Enhancer TMs or you can purchase the Enhancer

TM from 1 or more individual jobs of the job group.

Project/Job Info

The box at the top of many pages has details about the TM enhancement project/job(s). On this page, it

displays the project name, type of Enhancer Advanced project, Job Group ID (a unique number assigned

by the NoBabel system to the 1 or more individual jobs submitted together), document target language(s)

selected, when the job group was completed, the processing time, and whether an External TM was used.

Enhancer TMs For Purchase

For each individual job of the job group as well as showing the price for the new Enhancer TM you may want

to purchase, the “Enhancer TMs For Purchase” table displays the Individual Job ID, document name, TM

name(s), source language, target language, and Weighted Word Savings. Also, for each one, there is a link

to its “Enhancer TM Details” page and a checkbox.

You can reorder the table contents by clicking on the relevant column heading, “Individual Job ID”,

“Document Name”, “TM Name”, “Source Language”, “Target Language”, “Weighted Word Savings”, and

“Price”.

Individual Job ID – The Individual Job ID, a unique number assigned by the NoBabel system to this 1 job

of the job group, is displayed.

Document Name – The name of the Document File used for each individual job is displayed.

TM Name – The name(s) of the TM(s) used for each individual Job are displayed.

Source Language – The source language of the TM(s) used for each individual job, which is also the

source language of the job’s enhanced TM and the language of the document(s) to be translated using it,

is displayed.

Target Language – The target language of the TM(s) used for each individual job, which is also the target

language of the job’s enhanced TM and the language to which the document(s) are to be translated using it,

is displayed.

Weighted Word Savings – The Weighted Word Savings for each individual job are displayed. Expressed

as a percentage and number of words, Weighted Word Savings is the difference between the number of

weighted words you would have to translate using only your TM(s) and the number of weighted words you

have to translate using both your TM(s) and the NoBabel Enhancer TM.

Enhancer TM Details – To open the “Enhancer TM Details” page for the Enhancer TM from an individual

job, click on the relevant “View” button. In its “Enhancer TM Summary” and “Analysis of NoBabel Productivity

Gain” sections, you can learn more about the Enhancer TM generated for the individual job. To return to the

“Purchase the Enhancer TM from Individual Jobs of the Job Group” page at the bottom of the “Enhancer

TM Details” page click on the “Back” button.

Price – The price of each Enhancer TM is shown. You are charged for the difference between the number

of weighted words you would have to translate using only your TM(s) and the number of weighted words

you have to translate when using both your TM(s) and the NoBabel Enhancer TM. If with the Enhancer you

do not reduce the number of weighted words you have to translate or do not deem the reduction worthwhile,

you do not have to purchase anything. The cost of each additional weighted word in every purchased

Enhancer TM is $0.02 US Dollars.

Select TM – Carefully choose from which individual jobs you want to purchase the Enhancer TM.  If you buy

the Enhancer TM from some but not all the individual jobs of the job group you cannot later access and

purchase the other one(s). If you decide afterward that you want 1 or more of them you will have to recreate

the individual job(s) again. To select an Enhancer TM for purchase you can check the checkbox beside it

or you can select and/or unselect all of them at once by clicking on “Select All” or “Select None” above the

top right corner of the table. 

Purchasing Selected Enhancer TMs

Total Cost – The total cost of all the Enhancer TMs you want to purchase from the individual jobs of the job

group is shown. You are charged for the difference between the number of weighted words you would have

to translate using only your TM(s) and the number of weighted words you have to translate when using

both your TM(s) and the Enhancer TM. If with the NoBabel Enhancer you do not reduce the number of

weighted words you have to translate or do not deem the reduction worthwhile, you do not have to purchase

anything. The cost of each additional weighted word in every purchased Enhancer TM is $0.02 US Dollars.

Available Credit – The amount of credit currently in your NoBabel Account is also shown.

Purchase More Credit – If you require more credit to pay for the Enhancer TM(s) you want to purchase,

click "Purchase More Credit" and then follow the directions.

After you have added more funds, to return to this project and purchase the TM(s), in the Side Menu under

"Enhancer" click on "Project List". A table with a list of your available Enhancer projects will then be

displayed.  In that list, click on the “Open” button for this project and its “Project Management page”

will open. On that page click on the “Check Job Status and Purchase Enhancer TMs” blue bar and, then,

in that section in the “Completed Jobs” table click on the relevant “Purchase Enhancer TMs” button and

its “Purchase the Enhancer TM from Individual Jobs of the Job Group” page will open.

When you have sufficient funds in your NoBabel Account to buy the Enhancer TM(s) you want, you can

purchase them.

What Would You Like to Do Next?

You have 4 choices.

If you wish to proceed to the next step, select “Purchase Selected TM(s)”.

If you definitely do not wish to ever purchase any of the Enhancer generated TMs from this job, select

“Delete All TMs” and all its enhanced TMs will be deleted. Remember that “Deleted Files Cannot be

Recovered.”

If you want to return to the “Project Management” page, select “Go to Project Management”.

If you wish to leave the project and come back to it later, select “Close Project”, which will take you to

the “Project List” page from where you can return to your project. When you want to return, in the in the

Side Menu under “Enhancer” click on “Project List”. A table with a list of your available Enhancer projects

will then be displayed and, in that list, click on the “Open” button for this project and its “Project

Management” page will open.

Please note that the default choice is “Purchase Selected TM(s)”. If this is not your preference you

can select the choice you prefer by clicking the radio button beside it. To proceed click the “Next” button.

When you click the “Next” button a popup window will open and by clicking “OK” or “Cancel” in response

to the question, “Are you sure?”, you must confirm or cancel your selection.

If any problem is encountered, a message stating what the problem is will be shown.

If you purchase any TMs, once your purchase has been processed, your job will proceed automatically to

the relevant “Download Enhancer TMs Purchased from the Job Group” page of the Project Management

“Download Purchased Enhancer TMs” section.

NoBabel Enhancer Receipt

The NoBabel system will automatically e-mail you a receipt for the Enhancer TM(s) you purchase. The

e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address usually associated with your NoBabel Account.

After reviewing the TM Details for the Enhancer TM(s) you are considering purchasing, you can select

the one(s) you want to buy on the “Purchase the Enhancer TM from Individual Jobs of the Job Group” page.

If you purchase any TMs, once your Enhancer TM purchase has been processed, your job will proceed

automatically to the relevant “Download Enhancer TMs Purchased from the Job Group” page of the

Project Management “Download Purchased Enhancer TMs” section.
