NoBabel™ AutoAligner User Guide

There are several different ways by which you are helped to understand what the AutoAligner does and how to best use it.

The AutoAligner User Guide explains, step by step, how to use NoBabel AutoAligner.

When you are in the Project pages to access it in the Side Menu under "AutoAligner" click on "Help". A popup window will open with the AutoAligner Guide in it.

You can also access the Guide in the Project pages, by clicking in the Side Menu first on "AutoAligner" and then on "Introduction". On the "Introduction to NoBabel AutoAligner" page click on "AutoAligner User Guide" in the sentence, "For a quick overview on how to use NoBabel AutoAligner, see the AutoAligner User Guide."

When you are not in the Project pages you can access it by clicking in the Top Menu first on "User Guides" and then on "AutoAligner".

Once the Guide is opened, you can access any page of it by clicking in the Menu on that page.

When you log in you are taken directly to the "Product Selection" page.

To begin, click on "AutoAligner" in the Side Menu or on the "Product Selection" page on the "AutoAligner" button in the section below the introduction to Product Selection. You will then be taken to the "Introduction to NoBabel AutoAligner" page.

Before you begin your first AutoAligner project we recommend you carefully read the AutoAligner User Guide or at least the "Overview of a NoBabel AutoAligner" page, either the one in this User Guide or the one in the online Project pages. To access the "Overview" page in the Project pages in the Side Menu under "AutoAligner" click on "Overview" or at the bottom of the "Introduction to NoBabel AutoAligner" page in the Project pages click on "here" in the sentence, "If you are ready to begin, click here."

Help

As you are using the AutoAligner if you require help understanding any of the AutoAligner Project pages, you can click on the Help icon in the title bar at the top of each step and you will be taken to the relevant page in the AutoAligner User Guide. You can also in each step click on the Help icon that you will see next to many commands and functions and a popup will appear with information to help you.

As you progress through an AutoAligner project different Help Messages are automatically given by the NoBabel system. Some messages confirm that a task has been successfully completed, while others provide a warning or caution or inform you that a problem has been detected. Some messages also suggest what you can do to overcome the difficulty.

Please remember that, "Deleted Files Cannot Be Recovered."

When you click "Delete" for a project that is between Step 2 and Step 4 a popup window will open and you must confirm or cancel the deletion of the project by clicking "OK" or "Cancel" when asked, "Are you sure?"

When you click "Delete" for a completed project, one at "Step 5:  Download Purchased TMs", you will be taken to the "Delete Project Confirmation" page where you must confirm or cancel the deletion of the project by clicking "Yes" or "No" when asked, "Are you sure you want to delete this project?"

Before you delete a project, we recommend you save any Purchased TM(s) from it that you want to retain. In the event you erroneously delete a project you will have to recreate it from the beginning. Also, in the event you erroneously delete a Downloaded TM from a Deleted Project you will have to recreate it by running that project again.

Since NoBabel AutoAligner runs completely on our servers, you computer resources will not be used and you are free to log out and log back in at any time. Logging out while you have jobs running will not cause them to stop.
