NoBabel™ AutoAligner User Guide

Step 4 of 5: Purchase TM(s)

With the analysis and report generation completed you can review information about how well your documents aligned and about the TM(s) generated, including the price, and then, you can select the language pair(s) for which you would like to generate and purchase the TM(s).

Project Summary

The "Project Summary" box at the top of most pages has miscellaneous information about the project. On this page, it is entitled, "Alignment Analysis Status".

The "Alignment Analysis Status" box as well as displaying the project's name shows when the alignment analysis was completed.

TM(s) for Purchase

TM(s) for Purchase Table

As well as showing the Price for each TM you may want to purchase, the "TMs for Purchase" table displays the Source Language, Target Language, Matched Source Documents, Yield, TUs Generated, and link to the Analysis Report.

You can reorder the table contents by clicking on the relevant column heading, "Source Language", "Target Language", "Matched Source Documents", "Yield", "TUs Generated", and "Price".

Source Language and Target Language – By using the dropdown menus by each TM's Source and Target Language you can choose the Locale Variants for the Purchased TM(s).

Matched Source Documents – For each TM the number of Matched Source Documents is displayed.

Yield – The Yield of each TM is displayed. Expressed as a percentage, is the number of aligned TUs generated by the AutoAligner compared to the maximum number of aligned TUs that could possibly be produced from the uploaded documents.

TUs Generated – For each TM the number of TUs Generated is displayed.

Analysis Report – To view the "Analysis Report" for a TM click the "Open" button. As well as displaying the Project Name, Language Pair and Price for the TM, the "Analysis Report" page displays the Yield, number of TUs Generated, number of Total Source Documents, number of Total Source Words, number of Total Source Segments, number of Matched Source and Target Document Pairs, number of Unmatched Source Documents and number of Unmatched Target Documents. Also there is both a "Matched Document List" table and an "Unmatched Document List" table. Each table lists the relevant Source and Target Documents by name.

To return to the "Purchase TM(s)" page, at the bottom of the "Analysis Report" page click on the "Back" button.

Price – The Price of each TM is shown. The cost of each purchased AutoAligner TM is $0.02 US Dollars per TU.

Select TM – To select a TM for purchase you can check the checkbox beside it or you can select and/or unselect all of them at once by clicking on "Select All" or "Select None" above the top right corner of the table.

Purchasing Selected TM(s)

Total Cost – The Total Cost of the TM(s) you want to purchase is shown.

Available Credit – The Available Credit in your NoBabel Account is also shown.

Purchase More Credit – If you require more credit to pay for the TM(s) you want to purchase, click "Purchase More Credit" and then follow the directions. After you have added more funds, to return to this project and purchase your TM(s) in the Side Menu under "AutoAligner" click on "Project List". A list of your available AutoAligner projects will then be displayed. In that list, click on this project and you will be brought back to this page.

What Would You Like to Do Next?

You have 3 choices. If you wish to proceed to the next step, select "Purchase Selected TMs" and also select the TM Format for Purchased TM(s) that you want used. From the dropdown menu you may select Trados Workbench 7.x or Trados Workbench 2.x-6.x or TMX 1.4 or TMX 1.4b. If you do not wish to purchase any TMs at this time but wish to keep the project stored for later use choose "Close Project" and when you open this project at a later time you will returned directly to this page. If you definitely do not wish to ever generate and purchase any TMs from this project, select "Delete Project" and all files uploaded for this project will be deleted. Remember that, "Deleted Files Cannot Be Recovered."

Once you have selected the choice you prefer by clicking the radio button beside it, click "Next" to continue.

Option – HTML Tags

If the files you uploaded in "Step 2: Upload Documents" were not all HTML files you will not be given this option and your project will proceed directly to the next step, "Step 5: Download Purchased TMs", when you click "Next".

However, if all of your uploaded files are in HTML format, you may have your TM(s) created with or without HTML tags.

If you want to include HTML tags select "Yes" and if you do not want to include them click "No". Then click "Next" to proceed to "Step 5: Download Purchased TMs".

Step 4 → Step 5: Generating TM(s)

The AutoAligner generates TM(s) for the languages selected and purchased by you. During this time a progress indicator and the estimated time to completion is displayed. You may wait or you may log out and log in later to check on the progress of this task. If you log out, to resume your project when you log in later in the Side Menu under "AutoAligner" click on "Project List". A list of your available AutoAligner projects will then be displayed and, in that list, click on the "Open" button for this project.

Once the TM generation is completed your project will proceed automatically to "Step 5: Download Purchased TM(s)".

NoBabel AutoAligner Receipt

The NoBabel system will automatically e-mail you a receipt for the AutoAligner TM(s) you have purchased for the project. The e-mail will automatically be sent to the e-mail address usually associated with your NoBabel Account.
