NoBabel™ AutoAligner User Guide

A NoBabel AutoAligner project progresses through five steps to analyze your documents and generate the new TM(s). Please carefully read the information in each step. You do not need to remain logged on to the NoBabel System while your job is being processed. After your project has been created, in the Side Menu under "AutoAligner" click on "Project List" to access it. A list of your available AutoAligner projects will then be displayed and, in that list, click on the "Open" button for the relevant project.

Begin creating your project by entering a name for it. Each project requires a unique name that will identify it from other projects you create. You may have many projects. The NoBabel system will track the progress of each project you open.

Upload the document(s) or zipped set(s) of documents for which you would like to generate the TM(s). Browse your local file system for the documents you want to align. The NoBabel system will detect the language and number of words of each uploaded document.

You can review the uploaded documents, which have been grouped by languages, and determine which language pair(s) you wish to analyze. The NoBabel system will then analyze your selection(s). You can request that the system e-mail you when your alignment job is completed.

You are provided with information about how well your documents aligned and about the TM(s) generated, including the price. You can select the language pair(s) for which you would like to generate and purchase the TM(s) or you can close or delete the project.

You can download the TM(s) generated for the language pair(s) you selected and purchased.

To proceed to the Project pages, where you can create alignment projects, upload documents, manage alignment jobs, and purchase TMs, in the Side Menu under "AutoAligner" you can click on "Create Project" or "Overview" and at the bottom of that page you can click the "Create Project" button. Either option will take you to "Step 1:  Project Name".
